Don't forget ya kawankawan: 

Allahumma barik lana fi Rajab wa Sha'ban wa ballighna Ramadan

اَللّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِى رَجَبَ وَ شَعْبَانَ وَ بَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَان

Upon reaching month of Rajab and Sha'ban (tomorrow is Rajab 1st, huu)

[When the Prophet (pbuh) sighted the moon of Rajab (two months before Ramadan) he used to pray to Allah in the above words]
